Abi is able to create a space around her that is safe and supportive. She gave me the vocabulary to articulate what I was feeling energetically which gave clarity to my experience. Then she gave me several tools such as meditation and breathing exercises to calm me down and she introduced me to quantum movement to shift stagnant energy which I now use often and it really works!
She was always present, open and honest with me and because of this I was able to use the space she created to also be open and honest when sharing with her which allowed for significant and visceral shifts in my mind and body influencing the way I now choose to live my life. She has left me with a new sense of assertiveness that I’m actively putting into practice and an awareness that I no longer have to apologise for being me or shrink to try to fit in to the spaces that I’m in. She reinforced the truth that it is no longer necessary for me to seek validation outside of myself which is so freeing. My time with Abi has been such a blessing because she is aligned with herself and her purpose. I would encourage any and everyone who is considering working with her to invest in yourself because you are worth it and Abi really shows and teaches you this in a way that only she can because of who she is! I have been working with Abi for about a year now. When I started working with Abi and attending her events my life was stagnant. I was unmotivated and uninspired with my and life and I did not see a way forward or how I could change my life. During my time with Abi I successfully moved home which was something I had wanted to do for a while but could not see the wood from the trees. Abi assisted me greatly in working out the steps I needed to take, to understand why I wanted to move from an emotional perspective.
I feel much lighter now as it feels like I have been able to shed many layers from my past not-so-good life experiences. Each session and each event has taken me one step closer to the person I was born to be. I am totally convinced that working with Abi has transformed me life.
